MPM Ultraprint 3000 HiE weird I/O board problem?

Hi guys. I'm dealing with 3 MPM Ultraprint 3000 machines in our plant that were showing different issues. I managed to solve most of them but one is killing me and I can't seem to solve it. It's a 3000 HiE model... Basically, the machine seems to be operating fine but frequently goes crazy and and activates a bunch of outputs and inputs which are visible on IOMB2 board. It usually lights up all 8 LEDs on P6A, P6C, P10A and P10C. Sometimes all LEDs on P6B light up as well. I emphasize that not only that LEDs light up, but the signal on these outputs is activated as well which makes a mess of the machine. Only other thing I've noticed on the machine that seems to be out of ordinary is that it frequently cancels interlock bypass, than I bypass it again and it is again canceled after a short period of time.
