VERMES Microdispensing has developed a drop detection system to optimize the process reliability of jetting applications. It is extremely space efficient, with a stack height of just 500 µm, and is able to accurately detect any missed droplet. This allows an in-process quality control, which will increase the process reliability. The drop detection system fits with most of the VERMES Microdispensing valves and can be easily connected.
