Trim and Form Services Description:

SemiPack's capabilities range from fully automatic to manual processing; extensive cropping and forming capabilities; active and passive component processing; axial to radial lead forming servicing; and snap-in and stand-off forms.

For SMT processing, SemiPack offers lead straightening and restoration to data sheet specifications for both J-lead and gull wing devices. We also provide trim and form processes on flat pack (frame pack) devices. SSI has a wide variety of trim and form tooling, including tooling for fine pitch devices.

For through-hole devices, SemiPack offers trim and form processes for both axial and radial lead devices.

SemiPack manufactures jumpers. Our unique design allows the jumper wires to sit straight after insertion on the board and not sway from side to side.
