Injection Molding Description:

Our operation includes injection molding, tooling, painting, printing, hot stamping, and assembly. Customer ODM/OEM is welcome. We offer expert services in raw material selecting, prototype, problem solving, tooling design, manufacture and modification, plus quality controlled assembly and inspection. High precision plastics replace expensive metals. Computer aided engineering support ensures that all products are made according to customer's requirements. Our designers and engineers have proven track records in providing customers with innovative solutions to their carrying needs. We will analyze your needs and provide expert counsel from initial product design all the way to production. Tooling technology controls the best precision especially for electronic housings and inside parts. We make all of our products in-house, under the strict quality control guidelines. After sample approval, a Quality Plan is agreed which is used for the basis of the record inspection routine.

We are flexible to use the material according to customers' request... such as ABS, AS, GPPS, HIPS, PMMA, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, PC, PC/ABS, PA-6, POM PBT, PPS, PPO, PEI, CAP, TPE, TPR, TPU, stainless steel  blended, glass and mineral reinforced material.
