We are eager to meet an experienced new business development executive to join our Sales team! If you wish to work for a company where your focus will be on building meaningful, long-term customer relationships and then be rewarded for your efforts, Qual-Pro is the place for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Just one…Generate revenue! You are the all-star pitcher and we are the other fielders there to support you. Said differently… You sell them and we’ll build what they need. Sell our EMS through proactive account development, relationship building, prospecting, and customer service. As a vital part of the organization, you will work directly with the owners of the company.
Required Qualifications and Traits:
• 5+ years experience selling in the EMS industry. You should have extensive knowledge of, and current customers in, the Southwestern part of the US.
• A proven track record closing deals in aerospace, defense, industrial or medical industries. Deal sizes in excess of $1 million.
• Located in Orange County, southern Los Angeles County or San Diego County
• Self-motivated & persuasive
• On the scale from “farmers to hunters”, you are as far to the hunter side as possible.
• Desire to work as part of a sales team
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer literate with MS Office products
• Bachelors degree
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly visible, results-oriented work environment
