The Inspection Division is the core of our business. We have been providing inexpensive high-quality solutions to the electronics, industrial and medical industries for more than twelve years. The Capital Equipment Division serves the production line quality control sector by supplying equipment, services, and process support. Scienscope Capital Equipment includes a line of ViewX X-Ray machines, and the RoHS Validator (XRF Spectrometer). The Division�s products are targeted for the lead free electronic assembly manufacturer, but are also well suited to the traditional lead based solder manufacturing environment. Scienscope Capital Equipment is a high-quality, lower cost solution for electronics manufactures that require full featured machines at a reasonable price.

Scienscope Magna Lead Free Convection Reflow Oven		The Scienscope Magna Reflow Oven is available in eight (8heat/2cool), ten (10heat,3cool), and twelve (12heat/4cool) zone configurations. Standard features include computer control with internal profiling capability, high mass heating plate design, independent speed control blower motors, wire mesh/edge rail combination conveyor with center board support and automatic oiling. Optional features include nitrogen inerting with internal recirculating chiller system, and an on-board oxygen analyzer. Scienscope includes a lifetime warranty on the Magna's heater and blower assemblies.
Scienscope RoHS Validator		The Scienscope RoHS Validator utilizes X-Ray Flourescence (XRF) technology to determine the presence, in parts per million, of substances banned by the European Restrictions of Hazardous Substances initiative, which will be activated on July 1, 2006. The Validator is used to analyze content of RoHS banned substances in solder sample, on printed circuit boards, and in components. It is the low cost solution toward ensuring RoHS compliance for both incoming materials, material in process, and for outgoing finshed products. The VIEW-X is a high resolution x-ray system designed to address the inspection needs of BGA, CSP, flip Chip, semiconductors, and multi-layer board registration. Titan Lead Free Wave Solder Machine		The Titan Lead Free Wave Solder Machine is ready for lead free production, right out of the box. All parts contacting solder are constructed of titanium. Standard features include: computer control, Uninteruptable Power Supply (UPS), Spray fluxer with air knife, six feet of convection preheat, oscillating chip wave, laminar flow wave, and internal cooling blower. Foam fluxer, center board support, top side preheater, nitrogen inerting with stand alone recirculating chiller, motorized pot up/down feature are options.
