An excellent throughput as hight as 80,000 cph can be realized by a combination of the direct drive head, linear motor driven XY beams, non stop gang fly recognition, and a board Y-axis positioner.

Applicable to a wide range of parts from 0402 (01005) to odd-shaped components.

Applicable to a variety of parts including 0402 (01005)(optional),BGA,CSP, connectors, and other components having unique shapes by using the hight-speed head, multi function head, tape feeder, and tray feeder available as motor units.
