SMT Assembly & Inspection Services Description:

Qualitel is equipped and staffed to provide a wide array of assembly capabilities ranging from highly automated to purely manual.  We constantly add new capabilities to support customer requirements.  Most of our  manufacturing employees are certified with IPC-A-610 from an outside trainer and soldering employees are certified to J-STD-001.  Qualitel runs 4 identical surface mount lines with most equipment 2011 or newer vintage.

Qualitel offers full traceability in all our services and only use full-time employees to ensure the highest reliability. Qualitel uses state-of-the-art equipment and most of the equipment is 2011 or newer. We constantly add new capabilities to support customer requirements.
