Promation EIV-700 - PCB Flipper

PROMATION's inverter station is used to flip a PCB “end for end” then deliver the PCB for 2nd side production. The EIV-700 incorporates a top side board aligner making set up for width adjusting easy.

The PCB is accepted and transferred to the end stop. Top and bottom side belt drives are used to secure the PCB. The carriage unit flips and registers it self. Once home, the PCB is released to the next process (through SMEMA). The carriage then returns home to accept the next PCB.
