Surface mounting is done using two MyData TPU-9
machines that have lower vision sytems installed-
making accurate placement of fine pitch and BGA
components possible. Also recently included in
are lineup is a Metcal BGA reworking station
that has a split vision system that enables the
viewing of the balls of the bga and the pads of
the pcb at the same time for perfect placment.
We also have a BGA inspection station that allows
us to see under the BGA after placment to check
for bridges@alignment.
