ASYS Group Americas sells marking, handling, depaneling, final assembly, and solar equipment under the brand name ASYS. Screen printers will be sold under the EKRA brand. EKRA America Inc. provides screen printing solutions for the SMT, hybrid, and semiconductor packaging markets in the Americas. EKRA America’s parent company is EKRA Automatisierungssyteme GmbH and was acquired by the ASYS Group in 2005. ASYS Inc. provides sales and service for equipment in the electronic and solar manufacturing industry.
