ACD’s Assembly Operation is focused on our customers by providing a single source from new product development through price conscious Board, Box or System Level Production.

All assembly, kitting and test personnel are IPC-A-610 CIS Certified and kept current by our on staff Certified Instructor. Stringent paperless documentation control is enforced from the planning stages all the way through to final inspection to ensure an accurate, quality product is delivered every time, with tracing records maintained for future reference.

Our Assembly business model is geared towards supporting high-mix, high-technology assembly from prototypes through low-to-mid volume production. With a focus on high-end technology, ACD is staffed with two shifts to respond to a variety of products, markets, and deliveries.
