ACD was founded by Chuck Michie and Darrell Vaughn in July, 1984 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas. The company actually began operations in October 1984. Scott Fillebrown and Steve Schwaebler assumed complete ownership in October of 1999. In the last few years ACD has grown significantly, and now employs more than 175 people and utilizes over 52,000 square feet of facility space.
