Typhoon is the industry's newest, most advanced inline cleaning / defluxing system. Typhoon contains numerous performance and safety features not available on any other inline cleaning system.

Typhoon-WS is capable of removing all water soluble (OA) flux residues from post-reflow circuit assemblies. Typhoon's extra wide stainless steel conveyor belt accommodates up to 24" (609mm) wide. Unlike other machines, Typhoon features two high-performance / high efficiency stainless steel spray pumps that deliver impressive flow and pressure ratings. One pump is dedicated for wash and the other for rinse. The use of two pumps allows for maximum performance in each of the cleaning zones.

Typhoon features a unique 60 degree angel stainless steel nozzle design that delivers fluid to assemblies with a superior impingement angle allowing for better under component penetration.

Typhoon is equipped with the industry's only rotating airknife. The turbine-powered airknife provides a greater effective drying area than fixed-position airknifes. Typhoon blends fixed position and rotating airknifes for the ultimate drying performance.

Typhoon is equipped with unique "run-dry" heaters for the ultimate in safety. Unlike conventional heaters, Typhoon's heaters are fully capable of run-dry operation. Typhoon's heaters straddle the sump tank's wall rather than penetrate it, reducing the potential for leakage and adding to Typhoon's unprecedented level of safety.

Typhoon is equipped with a fully digital control panel featuring eight digital pressure gauges, digital wash and rinse temperature controllers, and a digital conveyor speed controller. With the largest windows in the industry, an operator has complete visibility of assemblies as they are washed, rinsed, and dried in the industry's most advanced and safest inline cleaning / defluxing system.
