PVS-801 and PVS-901 - Part Verification Systems to STOP WRONG Parts during PCB Assembly. PVS automatically verifes the correctness of the feeder set-up. This solves the problem of how to ensure correct part placements, i.e. how to stop wrong parts. Manual methods are tedious and error prone. The result is expensive line idle time for verification and inevitably minor and major wrong part crises. PVS-801 operates with chip-shooters such as the Fuji CP, Sanyo TCM and Panasonic MV. Our new PVS-901 provides the same level of automatic feeder set-up verification for fixed feeder machines such as Universal GSM, Fuji IP, Fuji QP and Philips FCM.
