 Experience in handling Process related issues throughout the Product Manufacturability.  Programming and maintenance of SMT Pick and Place Machines of Mirae, Panasonic, NXT and MyData  Programming and maintenance of Solder Paste Printer of DEK and SJIT  Programming and maintenance of Glue Dispensing Machine of Fuji  Profiling and maintenance of Reflow Oven of SEHO and Heller  Programming and maintenance of Automated Optical inspection (AOI) of Omron, Saki, TRI and VI Technology  Programming and maintenance of Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) of KohYoung and Cyber Optics  Profiling  and maintenance of Selective soldering and wave soldering  Troubleshooting of In-Circuit Tester(ICT) of Kyuritsu  Programming and maintenance of X-RAY of DAGE NORDSON.  Knowledge of handling and acceptability of Bare PCB.  Experience in handling of Fine pitch ICs and BGAs.  Experience in handling and storing of MSD’s.
