- More than 14 years of experience in set-up, calibrate, program, troubleshoot SMT machines and SMT process, for the manufacturing of PCB Electronic Assemblies - 5 year experience in leading position for electronic manufacturing/Process Engineering. - Experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments requiring expertise in production scheduling, quality management, team building, training, cost control, troubleshooting and Product Management. - Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement by conducting Kaizen events for manufacturing teams. - Experienced in fast paced multi national companies certified in ISO 9001-2000(OEM) and ISO 9002(EMS). - Familiar with 5S concepts and SPC. - Solid experience on NPI, failure and root cause analysis, FMEA, and ISO standards. - Worked under IPC 610 workmanship standards.
