� Skill in selection and installation of new manufacturing lines.
� Conduct and analyze process to drive improvements in control, manufacturing cost, cycle time.
� Doing projects for windmill application have Switchgears, circuit breakers etc.
� Skill in area of servicing, programming and maintaining Equipments like Screen Printing Machine, Pick & Place Machine, Reflow Soldering Machine, Wave Soldering Machine etc.
� Experience in low volume high mix manufacturing environment.
� Knowledge of running 4 SMT Lines with 75000 CPH, producing very complex Boards with BGA, MICRO BGA, PLCC, Fine Pitch, CSP etc.
� Capable of creating foot Prints of Surface Components for Pick & Place Machine.
� Knowledge in ESD.
� Knowledge in MSD Components.
� Knowledge in IPC-A �610 standards.
� Familiar with Lead free Manufacturing process.
� Lean Manufacturing
� Experience in Testing of Various Products.
� Faultfinding skills for effective production line support
� New product development, Design For Manufacture, and Concurrent Engineering
� Project Management
� Experience in set up Electronic manufacturing layout.
