13 years experience in manufacturing of circuit card assemblies. Postwave, test, Surface mount, Auto-insertion, slide-line and flow solder. Able to program, troubleshoot, and repair machinery. Experience with Quad, Universal, Mydata, Hollis, Vitronics and Contact systems machines. Worked in Process Engineering for the last 5 years. Writing and updating process procedures. Evaluating, selecting and installing new equipment. Reporting to management on Evaluations of equipment and recommending the equipment that enhance manufacturing ability. Worked on Lean manufacturing and Kaizen teams. |
