�h Managed 60 employees while increasing customer satisfaction from 74% to 94%. Developed cost reductions amounting to $ 3,300,000.00. Reduced customer returns from 10% to 195 PPM.
�h Consolidated purchasing of materials (saved $2,000,000.00) and incorporated commercial and military specifications across seven plant sites
�h Responsibility for installing manufacturing turnkey operations in three (3) "off shore" locations (2) China, (1) India on time and within budget.
�h Reduce scrap saving $1,500,000.00, reduce manufacturing time and increase profits. Shipments went from $150,000 to $800,000 per month within 4 months. Reduce scrap 80%.
�h Responsibility for converting and solving process problems that resulted in a $3,000,000.00 cost reduction and a 3 week cycle time reduction
�h Awarded four patents in the development of a precious metal aqueous hydrosol that could metallize high surface energy plastics (Teflon).
