Responsible for development and control of all processes related to the production of SMT and mixed technology printed circuit board assemblies, in both high volume and low volume, high mix environments. Perform DFM evaluation of customer designs and work with the customers design group to increase producibility and reduce cost. Also responsible for the development and implementation of new processes, as dictated by customer requirements. Acting as lead Process Engineer, directing the Process Engineering staff in the performance of their daily activities. Experienced in BGA, micro BGA and small package monolithic component processing. |
