Programming and maintenance experience on Assembleon (formerly PHILIPS) Topaz, Topaz-X, Emerald, FCM, CSM range, Panasonic MV2V, MPAV, HDPV, SPPV, DEK 265, 248, HELLER 1800 oven, VITRONICS 1030N

1. SMT Equipment selection based on capacity requirement, component handling capability, flexibility for future upgradation, serviceability, and cost per placement

2. Installation and commisioning of all SMT related equipment, viz., Stencil Printer, Component placement machines (ASSEMBLEON (earlier PHILIPS), Panasonic, Yamaha)

3. Process setup and control
