Trainer

Corestaff Services is currently looking for an Assembly Trainer to join their team at K*Tec Electronics! This is an excellent opportunity offering a competitive salary and full benefits package!! The following experience is required:

• QC Training (ISO-9000 and/or TQM experience)
• Electronic component assembly
• IPC Certification
• PCB soldering
• Component soldering and testing
• Group/Classroom presentation skills
• PC Skills(ie. MS Office)
• Experience conducting needs assessment for electronic manufacturing production associates and experience developing course material.

Job duties to include training associates in knowledge and skill based activities, conducting training assessments for production associates, developing training courses bases on periodic needs and conducting periodic audits of recent training activities.
