Director of Operations

Position will be responsible for all production operations and supply chain operations of the company.  You will be responsible for meeting customer delivery schedules, company contribution goals, implementing lean processes and maintaining a competitive production cost structure.  This position will also be responsible for meeting production goals, improve processes, assist in new equipment justifications, and maintain a leveled work force.  In addition, you will also manage the supply chain, including the purchasing and sourcing groups. 

As the Director of Operations your proven ability to manage, analyze, and report on operations methods, processes, equipment, and facilities in light of current operational needs and future strategic objectives will lay the groundwork for your success in this high visibility position.
