Sr. Director Business Operations - PCBA Guadalajara

We have an immediate need for a Sr. Business Operatons Director in Guadalajara, MX to help support a high volume PCBA manufacturing facility.  This is an outstanding and long-term career opportunity with a clearly defined career path to higher level roles in responsibility and title.  

• Must have a BA/BS degree, prefer advanced college degree
• 10 years of PCBA, SMT, or CEM experience with at last the past 5 in management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior experience managing a manufacturing operation in Mexico is needed.
• Position is open to Ex-Pats as well as Mexican Nationals

This position will offer a base salary range between $175-200K plus bonus and equity.
