Job Description

Fuji America Corporation is looking for two Software Field Service Engineers to provide on-site installation, and telephone support of all Fuji software products.  The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting on Windows OS, expert knowledge supporting TCP/IP communications.  An ability to provide training in Fuji software products to individuals or groups. Provide sales support for Fuji Sales Reps.  Solving complex programs, managing details, and prioritizing request quickly and efficiently.

 This candidate will travel approximately 60-75% nationwide with some international travel.
 

Desired Skills & Experience

SMT Manufacturing and programming knowledge a plus.

Expert in TCP/IP communications.

Minimum two years experience in troubleshooting Windows OS.

BS in one of the following: software/computers/networks
