Product Inspector of Electrical Assemblies

Requirements
VSC is looking for a qualified candidate to provide source inspection support as it pertains to Quality Assurance. This project has a workload of 2 days per week on a long-term 6 month contract basis in Appleton, Wisconsin. The candidate should have recent aerospace inspection experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be IPC-610 certified and experience with J-Std.
• Demonstrate Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings
• Familiar with 3-D model based definition Program (be able to read 3D-model based definition)
• Demonstrate Knowledge of measuring and test equipment
• Demonstrate knowledge of geometric, dimensioning and tolerance(to ASME/ANSI 14.5).
• Demonstrate evidence of more than 1 year in the last 3 years of aerospace inspection experience
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in electrical inspection
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in recent versions of Microsoft Excel and Word Programs
• Working knowledge and experience with AS 9102 Specification
• Completed at least 4 First Article Inspections
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (1099 basis)
