Job Description: |
-
Must know how to operate AOI & AXI equipment to inspect.
-
Must be able to correctly review and dispose AXI rejects.
-
To perform visual inspection of solder joints quality per IPC 610 workmanship standards and component value and polarity identification
-
Quality data entry and scanning
-
Compliance to ISO 900X, ISO 14001 and ESD S20.20 practices, proper material handling and NCR practices/systems
-
Support daily schedule and Oracle transaction
-
Able to perform 1st Article inspection on SMT products, a plus
Skill Requirements
-
Able to operate AXI machine to inspect,
-
Able to communicate in English
-
Able to operate AOI machine to inspect is a plus
-
Able to read BOM and Assembly drawing
-
Basic computer skill to perform simple task (Oracle transaction, PLM system) and quality data entry
-
Good knowledge in IPC 610 workmanship standard and Cosmetic spec
-
Able to read and follow work instruction
-
Understand basic Quality concept.
-
Understand ECR/ECN and Deviation process, a plus
-
Able to apply basic mathematic skill
