QUALITY ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
Our Quality Engineer is responsible for driving the discipline of electronic quality manufacturing and driving continuous improvement in process and results. This collecting and reviewing production data from production cells to ensure implemented process improvements are sustained. Primary focus will be on new and ongoing development projects. Demonstrate rigorous problem solving, attention to detail, and a desire for continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferred in Electrical, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering
- Prefer Experience with ISO 9000 -- 2008 or TS -- 16949, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), 8 D's Methodology, Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Knowledge (Green Belt certified preferred), SPC (Statistical Process Control), CTQs and CTPs Definition
ELECTRONIC TEST TECHICIAN
Key Responsibilities:
Our Electronic Test Technician is responsible for supporting installation, setup, debug, and equipment readiness for mass production. Primary focus will be on preventive maintenance plan of all test equipment and supporting the Quality Engineer in identifying the source of product quality defects to solve problems. Demonstrate rigorous problem solving, attention to detail, and a desire for continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Electronics/Electrical preferred BS Degree
- Minimum 3 years in electronic or electrical field
- Experience on test processes:
o In-circuit Test (ICT)
o Stand-alone JTAG Test
o Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Test
o Board Functional Test (BFT/FT)
o Final Quality Audit Process (FQA) Test
MANUFACTURING TEST ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
Our Manufacturing Test Engineer is responsible for design, construction, evaluation, implementation and maintenance of test equipment systems for printed circuit board assemblies. This position Performs a variety of engineering support for the manufacturing floor on various testing plans used in product validation. These include troubleshooting test systems to determine product or test system related issues.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical + 3 to 5 years experience
- Strong background in analog and digital design. Extensive knowledge of schematic capture and CAD tools
- Practical experience designing and constructing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), including hardware, mechanical and software (Visual C, C++, etc.)
- Experience on Labview
