TeligentEMS is a Tallahassee Florida based electronic contract manufacturer of PCB Assemblies and recipient of the 2008/09 Northrop Grumman World Class Team Award. We are seeking a high caliber experienced Siemens SMT Process Engineer.  Bachelor’s degree (BSEE, BSET, BSIE, BSME), plus working knowledge of SMT-Electromechanical Manufacturing highly desirable; minimum 2-year degree required. 3 to 5 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing, specifically Surface Mount placement Technology (SMT). Responsible for providing support to the production floor, developing SMT programs & processes and resolving problems encountered during the production process.

Generate documentation for stencil definition, process flows and production standards for management decisions. Must have proven experience with the following: programming, maintenance, and repair for Siemens Siplace and/or Unicam and SMT placement equipment.  Following experience desirable: oven temperature profiles, PTH equipment, wave solder process and process control. Experience in the design and implementation of process, productivity, and equipment improvements. Support Customer product changes (NPI) & internal improvement efforts.  Lean Manufacturing, AOI experience a plus.

Must have strong work ethic and good communication skills. Computer literate, sense of urgency, motivated decision-maker with good follow up abilities. Knowledge of MS Office and CAD/CAM software required. DFWP-EOE-M/F.
