SMT Operator Technician

An established Contract Electronics Mfg. in the Western Suburbs of Chicago is looking for an individual that values hard work and understands the opportunity of working with a mid-sized company for growth potential. Long-term full-time position 8:00am-4:30pm M-F Job Description: •Must possess strong organization and communication skills. •Strong knowledge of PCBA (SMT and PTH) and Box-Build processes a must. •Knowledge in pick and place programming especially Assembleon, GSM or relevant equipment. •Programming and Maintenance of MPM automatic screen printer •Experience in water-soluble, no-clean and lead free solder applications in processes. •SMT Rework and Repair at IPC 610 Class 1,2,3 •Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. •Candidate must have previous SMT Engineering background in CM PCBA.
