Operations Manager

Position:

Lead a 2-shift, 50 person, high mix, low volume Electronics Manufacturing Operation in the data communications industry including responsibility for Receiving through Shipping.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering or related field required. MS desired. Database experience desired. Must have at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Should also possess:

• Demonstrated STRONG Lean Leadership Ability
• SMT Assembly Experience
• Ability to communicate and work well with Engineering, Material Control, Sales, and Technical Support
• ISO9001 understanding
