2nd Shift Lead Operator

Acquire materials from inventory and verify quantities against Work Order Documentation.
Load part feeders and up SMT equipment according to Up Documentation.
Operate SMT equipment safely per Manufacturer's Operating Manual and in-house SMT guidelines/procedures.
Inspect and perform re-work on SM Assemblies to IPC-A-610 and/or in-house workmanship standards down to 50 mil pitch.
Document all labor information and complete routings steps electronically.
Perform weekly Preventive Maintenance on SMT equipment.
Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and ISO documentation.

In addition to the responsibilities of an operator, will assist Operations Manager in directing the overall process flow and resolving production issues on the floor.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language. Individual must be able to work in a Team environment. Mechanical aptitude and dexterity, basic hand soldering skills and physically adept to working in, on, and around machines. Basic computer and clerical skills are also a necessity. Years of experience may vary depending on the specific business requirements at the time of hire.
