Job Description:
� Implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
� Designs, develops, and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
� Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
� Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
� Estimates manufacturing costs and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Qualifications:
� BS in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of PWB assembly process experience.
� Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as with teams.
� Effective oral and written communication skills
� Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
Experience:
� Supervisory experience is required.
� Working knowledge of IPC workmanship standards, including IPC-610 and J-STD-001
� Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems related to materials, equipment, and other process.
