SMT Sr. Engineer MS or PhD

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity that will utilize your education and expertise? Leading Energy company client needs another PhD or MS with SMT and complex advanced technology expertise. Must have excellent experience with PCBA, MCM and other advanced packaging. Experience with process engineering, SMT, MCM required. Will work with other PhDs on staff to design, outsource, and manage DFM with manufacturers. Limited travel required, mostly Texas.
