As an Account Executive for Silicon Forest, you would be responsible for helping to continue our impressive revenue growth. Specifically, you would: � Develop prospecting lists from your own sources and company-provided leads � Engage in prospecting activities designed to establish relationships with targeted companies in your geographic territory that are a match with Silicon Forest�s unique offerings � Meet with prospects in your region and, through the process of strategic questioning, determine whether they are well-qualified to work with Silicon Forest � Prepare proposals for qualified prospects, detailing the solutions that will be provided � Present the proposal and close � Provide outstanding after-the-sale service to your accounts You would also be responsible for achieving all monthly and quarterly revenue goals Experience � Minimum of two years outside sales experience with verifiable track record of budget achievement. � Extensive experience in manufacturing and the electronics industry � Familiarity with electronic assembly, including surface mount and through-hole technologies � Prefer EE degree or comparable industry experience Must have: � Ability to be self-motivated and self-managed � Ability to set and achieve goals � Positive attitude, and desire to work in a team environment � Ability to quickly understand a complex and rapidly-changing technological landscape � Well-developed written and verbal communication skills This is a tremendous opportunity for the well-qualified candidate. This is a six-figure opportunity for the right person. Compensation plan will include salary, commission and bonus. The benefits package is generous, and includes 401-K with company match, as well as profit-sharing. Reimbursement for mileage and cell phone, as well as company-provided laptop is also included.
