Responsible for managing the development of company market requirements for March Plasma Systems Printed Circuit Board Business Group. Gathers and analyzes target market segment data. Executes market plans through sales collateral development, technical papers, seminar presentations, key account introductions, allied vendor relationships, trade show participation and joint sales calls. Acts as the key account liaison. Participates in new product identification. Develops market introduction applications, sales training and economic feasibility determinations. Creates sales strategies and presentation materials. Develops and documents detailed application opportunities and promotes sales applications. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs relative to global key accounts. REQUIREMENTS � Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or Related Field; MBA Preferred � Minimum 5-10 years of prior work experience in the PCB industry. Minimum of 5 years marketing experience at mid-management level. � Proven ability to effectively train and give technical presentations � Experience with PCB manufacturing processes Please reference job #1529-SMT |
