Experienced SM technician/lead operator:
Leads a team of 3-5 employees in the day-to-day setup and operation of the surface mount assembly line (Siemens). Duties may include:
* Corrective maintenance on equipment (SMT + Wave)
* Programming/operating AOI equipment (Mirtec)
* performing/overseeing preventive maintenance activities of all production equipment
skills/education desired:
* Experienced SMT machine operator
* Siemens training/experience desired but not required, will accept formal training/experience on other equipment
