SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT NORTH LONDON, UK EXCELLENT SALARY + BONUS First class opportunity for you to join one of the largest suppliers of refurbished SMT and thru-hole assembly equipment in Europe. We specialise in buying and selling pre-owned electronic assembly SMT equipment and feeders, providing a highly cost-effective alternative to buying new production equipment and making the second user market a real solution for the end-user. As Sales Support you will handle internet and telephone enquiries and assist in the management of sales agents based in Europe � no cold calling involved. Specific tasks will include updating the company database with the relevant sales information, preparing quotations, looking after overflow sales from other members of staff and liaising with engineering staff to find out product information, as well as understanding customer needs and recommending the best fit solution for them. Successful candidates will have a commercial or customer-facing background within the electronics industry. Ideally qualified to HNC/HND level (but not essential) you will also need to be IT literate and have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of French, German or Italian would be an advantage with an ability to understand technical knowledge quickly with little supervision.
