About the opportunity: Relevant Work Experience: +5 Years Career Level: Management (Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Job Type: Employee Job Status: Full Time Salary: 50000-7.50000USD/Annual (Commission Base) Location: China( Shenzhen & Shanghai) Job category: Sales&Marketing Job Summary: Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, Through professional selling activities and effective and efficient execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed country sales targets, country objectives and market shares in the assigned territories. Achieve highest customer satisfaction together with customer support and sales support teams. Principal Accountabilities: - Practice Company core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, pro-activeness, take one step in advance) and be a role model to other employees. - Fully responsible to achieve and exceed sales targets through professional execution of sales and account management strategies; identifying and managing sales opportunities; developing new accounts. - Stimulate new sales and participate in sales & marketing activities to maximize revenues. - Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationship at all levels as well as improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers�� needs and requirements together with customer support team. - Fully responsible for the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, customer presentation, preparing configuration charts, quotations and proposals, to closing deals and following up - Proactively contribute to the market intelligent function by continuously collecting market data and information and update management accordingly. - Professional handling of paperwork and administrative activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Contribute to the company operational efficiency and excellency by identifying and participating in improvement projects. - Provide mentoring and coaching to new members as required. - Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required. - A team player with other divisions, product lines, departments and branches. The Candidate: - University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years sales experience in SMT industry is preferred. - High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. - Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skill. - Excellent account management skill.
