Applications Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Sales Applications Engineer AEGIS Industrial Software is a global leader in Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) dedicated to the electronics assembly industry. Our expanding technical sales team has an opening for: Sales Applications Engineer: This person will be working side-by-side with AEGIS Sales Personnel and Sales Representatives to provide technical consultation in aligning AEGIS solutions with customer needs and requirements. Close customer interaction and effective communication and presentation skills a must. Responsibilities Include: -A willingness to travel 50-80% with both domestic and international travel -Conducting On-Site Customer Process Assessments -Assisting sales personnel demonstrating product either on-site or remotely. -Developing Implementation Plans -Performing Costs Justifications -Developing internal support and product documentation -Software Specification Development -The ability to work from a home office, if needed Experience Desired: -Project Management -Process Mapping -Software Sales Consulting -Excellent oral and written skills are required -MS Office skills required (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) -Electronics Assembly Industry experience strongly desired -Experience with SQL/Oracle databases a plus Location(s): Various Locations throughout North America Please submit resume, cover letter to: Dan Lambert Applications Engineering Director AEGIS Industrial Software Email: dlambert@aiscorp.com
