Production Supervisors

We are looking for motivated 2nd shift and 3rd shift production supervisors with the desire to make a significant contribution to the continued success and growth of our company. You will be responsible for supervising production and employees for our large electronic manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida. Will be responsible for entire PCB assembly cycle to include surface mount, hand assembly, solder, test, and quality areas. Must be able to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.

Our team leaders review and approve procedures, work with engineers, work on the continuous improvement of the processes, and evaluate, train and supervise the production personnel.

BS Degree in Engineering or Business is preferred along with at least two years of experience. Will consider combination of education and experience. Team supervisory experience and knowledge of Lean Enterprise concepts
