Title: Engr Mfg/Ind Prin

Job Description:
Interface with design engineers to utilize CAD design files and develop manufacturing assembly machine programs for Siemens SIPLACE SMT equipment.
Work with other personnel to develop all process documentation process qualifications, flowcharts and operator instructions
Work with production operators to resolve problems and improve output of SMT placement line
Develop and implement SMT processing methods to achieve cost, quality, and production utilization goals
Monitor current operations and review new equipment on the market and recommend purchases to maintain state of the art processing capability
Participate in design for manufacturability reviews with development engineers with input for improved processing of SMT printed circuit card assemblies

Special Considerations: Must have experience programming and maintaining current generation SMT placement equipment. Experience programming of MPM and Siemens SIPLACE SMT equipment is preferred.
