Production Managers

Reptron, a contract manufacturer, is in need of production managers on 1st and 2nd shifts to provide leadership to customer focused manufacturing teams. You will be responsible for guiding and training employees in their manufacturing cells, managing the workflow process and the continuous review of processing methods. Must have manufacturing management background and experience with surface mount, AI, hand solder, assembly and test. Knowledge of lean manufacturing essential. Prefer at least an AS degree and 3 years of production management experience. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to develop the skills of the employees within your team.
