Design Services Manager

Leading manufacturer of durable goods seeks manager with strong skills in electronic product development, in either power electronics or controls with specific experience in uP system design and embedded software. Will lead an organization of design, product and sustaining engineering in multiple customer projects. Establish procedures, solves operating problems, and recommend improvements for new and existng products. Insures that all programs and projects are planned, resourced, and executed, utilizing solid engineering principles and best practices where applicable. Must understand how to take products from cradle to grave. Strong understanding of production support in a high volume manufacturing environment; specific to electronics and electro-mechanical components.
