Direct Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

If you can handle a high intensity environment. If you enjoy making 50 phone calls each week to identify prospects; making 10-15 sales visits each week to those prospects you've identified.

If you want to be part of a dynamic Sales Team that has an extensive ongoing training program to aid you in constantly developing your selling skills and success.

We design and manufacture custom, build to print products, for all sectors of the electronics industry including, but not limited to: Custom Battery Packs, Flex and Rigid-Flex Circuits, User Interface Products, Electronic Fans & Motors, Cable Assemblies, and Printed Circuit Boards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Direct interface with prospects and customers on a daily basis.
• Consistently grow sales through development of new business.
• Establish, develop and maintain multiple customer relationships.
• Communicate frequently, through use of excellent tools, with whole sales team to ensure a most positive customer experience.
• Conduct periodic Business Reviews with Sales Management.
• Develop, maintain and execute territory plan to attain agreed upon metrics.

Requirements:

• A strong desire to build a career in direct sales.
• Desire to work in environment with virtually unlimited income potential.
• High energy individual with experience in action oriented environment.
• Demonstrated positive can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated track record of sustained performance.
• Self disciplined individual able to work remotely.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
• Industry specific sales experience a plus.
