About the Instructor

Kerry Scarlott is a director in the law firm of Goulston and Storrs, where he focuses his practice on helping companies and individuals effectively navigate the full panoply of U.S. export control laws and regulations, including ITAR/EAR. He has more than 18 years of experience in ITAR/EAR, international trade law and related programs.
