Surface Mount Taping: Let us use our 20+ years of experience to put your parts on Tape and Reel. All of our equipment was newly replaced at the end of 2007, with the best, most capable taping machines available today. We have a newly built clean-room, with ESD protection, to guarantee the integrity of your product. Whether we are packing a prototype quantity, or volume-production, every pocket is 100% vision inspected, to insure we meet, or exceed current EIA standards.
Carrier Tape Tooling Maintenance: Let us maintain your tooling! Whether we've made it, or you did, our talented machinists can refurbish, or remake any component of your carrier tape tooling. In most cases, we can turn the tool back to you the same day it is received! We operate under the most absolute confidentiality, and can do on-site inspection, and develop maintenance programs to help your Carrier Tape tooling last longer!
Assembly: Does your part need to be assembled prior to being taped, placed in a tray, or layer packed? No problem! Let our experienced, and trained staff handle all of your assembly needs.
