Yes, I realize that COB isn't really SMT (it is on the surface), but where can I get some free (IPC has some stuff for sale), fast info. about IC pad spacing for COB? Thanks

They carry a complete line of COB assemby equipment that goes inline with their SMT equipment . They can answer any process related questions because they developed much of the automated assembly process

They can answer any process related questions because they developed much of the automated assembly process Jon, I think you should also know about the Panasert COB group. They have equipment with twice the throughput at less cost and with more die type supported. JP
