PCB ASSEMBLY PMFEA | 28 October, 1998

I would like to know if there are any standard guidelines for the development of Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. If there is can you refer me to the source.

I would also like to be referred to any source relating to current developments in this area

You've got to get out more and point your brouser at FMEA. Now I'm not saying that this stuff is specific to PCB Assembly ... It's a process, you modify it for your needs. This'll get you started.
